Risk statement
The Wealth Shift provides general financial education only. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to give investment advice. Nothing on this website, at our events, in our course materials or in our community channels is personal financial advice, a personal recommendation, or an invitation to buy or sell any investment.
- The value of investments can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you invest.
- Forex and CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. The majority of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. Consider whether you understand how these products work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.
- Cryptoassets are high-risk and largely unregulated in the UK. You are unlikely to be protected if something goes wrong. Only invest what you are prepared to lose entirely.
- Past performance and illustrations (including our calculator) are not reliable indicators of future results.
- We do not manage money, operate pooled investments, sell trading signals or accept funds for investment. Anyone claiming to do so on our behalf is not us — report them to the FCA.
- Before dealing with any firm, check it on the FCA Register and the FCA Warning List. For advice on your personal circumstances, consult an FCA-authorised financial adviser.
Terms of booking
Your booking
A booking is confirmed when payment succeeds and a seat number appears in your member dashboard. Seats are personal and limited to the advertised capacity. We may refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, with a full refund.
The event
The seminar takes place on the date shown on this website. The venue and timings will be published in your dashboard and sent by email. We may change speakers, content order or venue where reasonably necessary; if we change the date or venue and you can no longer attend, you are entitled to a full refund.
Course materials and videos
Course materials and video lessons are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login, record, download, resell or republish them. Access is provided via your member account.
Conduct
Members must not promote investments, schemes, signals or paid services to other members at events or in community channels. We may remove anyone who does, without refund.
Liability
All decisions you make about your money are your own. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for any investment or trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds & cancellation
- Seminar ticket: full refund if requested up to 7 days before the event date. After that, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person — contact us.
